For the Guérilla d'art project, L'il dans L'Front invites the public to participate in bookmark-making workshops taking place over a four month period in various cultural local cafés. The working materials, which will include pieces of the collective's drawings, prints and ptry, will be supplied. In April, once the workshops are completed, the bookmarks created will be displayed in an ephemeral exhibition wallpapering the walls of café Cagibi. For the final stage of the project, the public will be invited to take part in an artistic guerilla action in which the bookmarks will be distributed anonymously in the books of Montreal libraries. Those interested in participating in the infiltration are asked to pick up a bunch of bookmarks and distribution instructions at articule during it's open hours between April 16 and April 20, 2008.

L'il dans L'Front, an initiative by two local emerging artists, gently introduces art into the moments and spaces of quotidian life in a vibrant and active manner. L'il dans L'Front offers each the possibility to initiate change in their lives, and the lives of others, by questioning what seems established and static.
